What is Little You?

Little You is a platform which lets you design, personalize, and create custom characters using the latest in web and 3D printing technology. Visualize your character in 3D and order a custom collectable toy. Little You is all about personalization, printing, and playing, meaning you can use your own imagination and creativity to make something unique. Through purchases or our reward system, you can get a 3D print-out that’s ready to be delivered to your doorstep.

Do I have to pay to use the platform?

No, using the platform is completely free. You can customize the characters in our database, play around with the features, and see what the buzz is all about. We only charge you for a physical 3D printed product, not the experience!

How much do your products cost?

Our 3D printed toys range from $25 to $59, depending on the size of the final print. Rest assured that all items are priced competitively.

I've never handled 3D printed materials before. What are the materials' properties?

We invite you to check out our Material page for more in-depth information. We have shared our experiences and impressions about the materials, but Little You does not give any warranty on the models and does not guarantee that the models will be fit for any particular purpose.

Are your materials food safe?

The 3D printed materials we use to produce our miniatures are not food safe, nor are they delicious. They are not designed to be used with, on, or as food.

How protected is my account?

You can find this information in detail in our Terms of Use.

Can I buy items from my own gallery?

Yes, you can buy items from your own gallery and you'll earn rewards for each purchase.

How do I remove my creation from the gallery?

You can delete your creation altogether under "My Creations". To simply remove a creation from the gallery, you can unselect the share button.

What is your return or exchange policy?

Due to the completely customizable nature of our products, we cannot offer returns or exchanges.

What payment methods do you accept?

PayPal, as well as all major credit cards.

How long does shipping take?

Please see our Shipping page for production time estimates. After an order is placed, you can access your order's information and status on your profile page by clicking "My Orders" under your profile and then clicking on your order number. There you will find your order status, estimated ship-out date, and any pertinent tracking information.
