We want you to get your package as quickly and affordably as possible, whether you ordered way in advance or need your product ASAP.
Below, find all of our available shipping methods by destination. Please note that the delivery time estimates do not include production times, they are strictly estimates that indicate how long your package may take to arrive after it ships. All prices exclude VAT and Sales Tax.
Please note that our carriers only pick up orders on business days and it may take a couple of hours for the status to update online. If you order was shipped on Saturday, you will be able to see a status change on Monday evening the earliest.
What’s your turn around time?

Do you offer free shipping?
While we don’t offer free shipping right now, we do our best to offer you fast, affordable options. We’re always working to reduce our costs, so that we can pass along the savings to you.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We use a variety of shipping carriers, including the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS and FedEx. We determine which carrier to use for your order based on a variety of factors, such as products purchased, shipping address, size/weight of the order and delivery speed selected.
Do I get tracking info? Where can I find it?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipment confirmation email that includes the delivery method, estimated arrival date and other tracking details (if available). You can also go to your order history to look up tracking info.
I didn’t receive my order, what do I do?
We offer tracking on all domestic and international orders, which gives us and you a peace of mind during the shipping process. But mistakes do happen, and packages get lost once in a while. Let us know if you don’t receive your order after the maximum shipping length in the chart below, and we will replace your order as soon as possible.
Am I responsible for import duties?
Yes, depending on your country, import duties and taxes will vary.
What do I do if my product is broken?
We can’t replace any models that have been damaged or broken by customer error, but rest assured that if your order arrives broken, then it will be replaced as soon as you let us know about it.
